About the examples. Every business shown on this site is invented and every photograph is a licensed stock sample. They are demonstrations built to show what the work looks like — not clients, and not jobs anyone here has done.
How the work
gets agreed.
Nothing here is a contract by itself. This page describes how we would settle the work if you decide to go ahead, so there are no surprises once we start.
Scope and price, in writing, first
We agree what is being built and what it costs before work starts — the pages, the facts they carry, where a request should go, and the price. Anything outside what we agreed gets quoted before it is done, not after.
Billing, in plain terms
$100 once to build the site, then $149 a month. A 3-month minimum on the subscription, which is $447 in total, then month to month with no further commitment.
The first charge happens when the site is live and you have said you are happy with it — not when we start talking and not while it is being built. If the site never goes live, nothing is owed. After the minimum term, cancel by email before your next billing date and the site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for. No exit fee and no balance to settle.
If we fail to deliver what was agreed, you can stop and be refunded for what was not delivered. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
What the monthly fee actually covers
Hosting. One batch of small changes a month, up to 45 minutes — hours, a service reworded, a photo swapped. New job photos added to your site as you send them. One check each month that a message sent through your site actually arrives, reported honestly whether it worked or not.
And your Google Business Profile kept current — hours, services, and your recent work posted. For most trades that listing brings in more calls than the website does, and most contractors set theirs up once and never touch it again. To do this I need you to give me access to your listing; I will never ask for your Google password, only for access granted from inside your own account. Keeping a listing current is not the same as ranking higher. I am not promising a position in search results, more calls, or more jobs — only that the information people find is right and recent.
You approve what the pages say
You confirm your services, service area, hours and contact details, and any claim that needs evidence. If you cannot back something up, it does not go on the page — no license claim, award, review or response time appears without something behind it. We do not write claims for you and we do not guess.
You keep what is yours
Your domain stays yours. Your logo and photos stay yours. If you leave, you can take the finished site's files and content with you, and we will not hold domain access over you. Registration and hosting are separate services, and we will say plainly which is which.
After six paid months you can ask for the delivered source, your content and an asset inventory with transfer instructions, at no charge. Before then, you can still take your own content and assets at any time. Some parts of a site — licensed photographs, fonts, shared components — carry their own licence terms, and where a restriction applies to something in your site we tell you what it is in writing before you accept, not afterwards.
These terms are written to be plain rather than to be clever, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you want yours to look at them before you sign anything, that is a reasonable thing to want and it will not offend me.
What we do not do
No advertising, search-ranking work, online stores, inbox management, emergency monitoring or custom CRM builds. No promise of traffic, calls, jobs, rankings or revenue — a form submission is not a booked job, and a phone tap is not a call.
Before anything goes live
You see the whole site first. We test that a request actually arrives where it is meant to go, and if it does not, we say so rather than call it delivered. Silence is never treated as approval.
